Annual Conference Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor of the TNDHA Annual Conference.

The 2024 conference will be held at:

Embassy Suites – Gatlinburg Resort
Gatlinburg, TN
April 24th – 26th, 2025

Exhibitor Hours are:

  • Friday, April 25th, 2025 from 8:00 to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday, April 26th, 2025 from 8:00 to 2:00 PM

Along with the selected sponsorship, you may opt to sponsor a refreshment break for our attendees.  

Deadline for sponsorship is March 15th, 2025.

Platinum Sponsorship includes:

  • your company’s sponsorship of speaker announced at the beginning of CE course
  • the opportunity to give a ten-minute product presentation
  • your company name and logo will appear on all promotional materials: posters, fliers, and registration forms
  • your company name and logo will appear on the TNDHA website, component websites and social media platforms
  • up to two complimentary exhibitor tables in the main event space beginning on Thursday evening through Saturday afternoon to showcase your company’s products
  • a sponsored refreshment break during a CE event; your sponsorship and support will be acknowledged
  • VIP guest attendance at the THDHA HYPAC event on Friday evening: a scenic train ride along Chattanooga’s Missionary Ridge followed by food, cocktails and movie night back at the hotel.

Gold Sponsorship includes:

  • the opportunity to give a ten-minute oral product presentation prior to one of our continuing education courses
  • your company name and logo will appear on all promotional materials: posters, fliers, and registration forms
  • your company name and logo on the TNDHA website, component websites and social media platforms
  • a sponsored refreshment break during a CE event; your sponsorship and support will be acknowledged
  • up to two complimentary exhibitor tables in the main event space beginning on Thursday evening through Saturday afternoon to showcase your company’s products

Silver Sponsorship includes:

  • Company name and logo will appear on all promotional materials: posters, fliers, and registration forms as a title sponsor
  • Up to two complimentary exhibitor tables beginning Thursday evening until Saturday afternoon to distribute information and products from your company
  • A sponsored break during a CE event; your sponsorship and support will be acknowledged

Bronze Sponsorship includes:

  • your company name and logo will appear on all promotional materials: posters, fliers, and registration forms as a title sponsor
  • one complimentary exhibitor table in the main event space beginning on Thursday evening through Saturday afternoon to showcase your company’s products
