Marketplace Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a marketplace vendor at the TNDHA Annual Conference.

The 2024 conference will be located: 

Embassy Suites – Hamilton Place
April 18th – 20th, 2024

The Marketplace hours will be: 

  • Friday, April 19th, 2024 from 8:00 to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday, April 20th, 2024 from 8:00 to 2:00 PM

 

Deadline for sponsorship is February 29th, 2024.

Marketplace Opportunities 

$150 Marketplace Participation Fee:

  • Showcase your products, crafts, personal care items, jewelry and so much more while engaging with conference attendees
  • One additional table can be reserved for an additional $50 per table upon request
  • TNDHA members may take advantage of this opportunity for $75 for the first table and an additional table can be reserved for an additional $25.

Product Donation: Donation of any product for:

  • Raffle items-proceeds benefit TNDHA Annual Conference Expenses
  • Grand Prize Basket raffle – proceeds benefit the TNDHA HYPAC Legislative Efforts
  • Your company logo will be placed in the Attendee Brochure and/or on an insert in the Grand Prize Basket

Refreshment Break  ($200 additional – includes an optional additional Marketplace Table – total of 2)

  • Refreshment break for all attendees, compliments of your company.
    • Your company logo will be highlighted as a Conference Sponsor:
      • in the Attendee Brochure
      • on Conference Signage
      • on the lecture video screen at the beginning of your sponsored refreshment break
